The residence has the necessary household equipment, barbecue, TV in every room, energy fireplace for winter guests and swimming pool for summer guests. In addition, high quality coco-mat personal care products are provided with organic olive oil and natural plant extracts as the main ingredient. Our wish is for you to relax and enjoy a pleasant and restful stay in our place, the beautiful Pelion.
- Entry and Exit Control:
- The arrival time is at 2.00pm and the departure time is at 11.00am.
- Early arrival and late departure may be allowed with prior request and availability.
- Maximum Capacity:
- The villa accommodates a maximum of 7 guests. No additional guests are allowed without prior approval.
- Quiet Hours:
- Please respect the quiet hours between 15.00-17.00 and 12.00-7.00am.
- Pets:
- Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed with the villa owner.
- Smoking:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Please use the outdoor smoking areas.
- Events and Parties:
- Events and parties may be allowed with prior approval from the villa owner. Additional charges and letters of guarantee may apply.
- Respect for Neighbors:
- Please respect the villa’s neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum.
- Pool and Outdoor Areas:
- Use the pool and outdoor areas at your own risk and responsibility. Children must be supervised throughout their stay.
- Garbage Disposal:
- Dispose of waste according to local regulations.
- Use of Devices:
- You use all the appliances and amenities of the villa responsibly and follow the instructions provided.
- Damages and Losses:
- Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of property during their stay.
- Cancellations by Guests:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled date of arrival will receive a full refund of the reservation.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled date of arrival are not entitled to a refund.
- Cancellations within 20 days are charged the full amount of the reservation.
- Cancellation by the Villa Owner:
- In case of unforeseen circumstances, if the villa is not available, the villa owner will provide a full refund of the deposit to the guest.
- Changes to Reservations:
- Changes to booking dates may be allowed, subject to availability and approval from the villa owner.
